Horrible experience at this office, we waited two hours to see Dr Banu even though we were scheduled on top of everything the staffs are very unprofessional, no manners at all, they kept going back and forth for the same issues, they don’t even help each other as a team I will absolutely not be going there again.

Dr Banu is great. However there was a TV at a much too high volume in the waiting room. It made it hard to concentrate even filling out the forms before the visit. There was also someone watching a personal TV in a foreign language at a very high volume, and the office staff would not ask them to turn it off.

Bad bad as far as the receptionist involved . zero caregiving, by the girl on the phone Who was trying to make an appointment? I am changing my.Neprologist dr Because of her !!!!

Terrible office staff in recent years. I can't expect a timely response on anything anymore, including urgent matters.

Doctors are fine, but terrible office staff in recent years. I can't expect a timely response on anything anymore, including urgent matters. Earlier this month I literally blacked out while waiting for instruction about a blood pressure problem, after my sixth call following up with the office. That's not all, though. Currently, I'm waiting over a week for them to fill out a couple of forms to support a short-term disability claim.
