I haven't owned a vw/audi in a handful of years but I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with Randy Neumann and Malcom. I could write a 5 page review on all the top notch service they performed on my family, friends or my own vehicles.. they always helped out in a pinch and would give you the shirt off their back or ball joint splitter out of the tool chest if you were stranded on the side of the road!
Came to the shop expecting VW specialists. I have only heard good things about Randy (online), and when I met him, I honestly liked the guy. He is not the one that will be working on your car. Neuman is the only one from what I can tell that works on the cars. I had a full suspension put on, and the front struts where not put together correctly.
