I'm trying to find out more about my subscription. Horrible calling in for customer support and I can't access my subscription online. So, wth do I do?
The only reason I left one star is because zero is not an option. I advertised online with North Jersey Media Group with something called LocalIQ. The digital advertising was $1200. They claim I got many online clicks but I was not contacted by any prospects nor did I have any results from the digital ads. I informed localIQ of the poor performance. There’s something definitely wrong with this company! How can this be ethical to charge more for a subscription, when I decided to put one paper online without the customers approval? How is it possible that you will automatically charge for special additions at $10 a pop which were not authorized?
