Warranties do not seem to be part of Gutter Toppers business model. I used Gutter Toppers and encountered a leak in my kitchen (post installation). 11 months later, still no resolution. One star, for effort!
These guys were great! Quick and lowest quote (didn't waste our time with a pushy sales pitch for an overpriced product). We looked at four companies and chose this one. The price was reasonable. They showed up for appointments on time and the toppers look great. We haven't had any problems so far and the previous house owners had water in the basement- hopefully the toppers did the trick!! Also, lifetime warranty. We are very happy.
Tom is extremely unprofessional and did not honor the agreement that he made. Buyer beware.!!!
