This office is horrible , receptionist and doctors except Dr Stillman gaslight you. I told them I wasn’t eating or going bathroom that hospital itself said I need see my gastro asap, their reaction was so make appointment few weeks out, ask Dr call me I can’t not eat few days, he said just take more laxatives, both doctors said that except Dr stillman was out still order cat scan, I will miss him but I don’t want deal this office they made me feel like I was being difficult when my situation my life is difficult. First off, the staff in the gastroenterology center are amazing. Dr. Pinn was so attentive and helpful with helping me figure out what is wrong with me. I am 18 years old and I went for my first Upper Endoscopy it was literally my first time going under the staff and the nurses were so kind and friendly I wanted to cry because they were so nice I wish I could give 6 stars they were so incredible.
Dr. Steven, David and his staff where all amazing. i didn't feel any pain and my prep was sooo smooth. I thank You all for your work and Patient care. ( had a colonoscopy) You all Rock! xoxo
Dr. David and his staff were very friendly and reassuring. My procedure was quick and I was home in an hour and half. I highly recommend them:)
I had today very bad experience once I only try to schedule appointment. Staff members said their doctors are not in the list participating providers with my secondary insurer, but only accept my Medicare as primary insurance. But this is direct violation my human rights to get service in this office.
