I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Austin Whitmore and his entire staff. I was extremely anxious before my root canal procedure but Dr. Whitmore immediately put me at ease with his compassion, patience, and calm demeanor. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The staff was very kind and considerate and engaging when I arrived the first time to do paperwork before the procedure of a root canal. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and included me on the decision making as to my dental care. Dr Murdock possesses very good bedside manner with his patients. I was definitely in excellent care with the staff and the doctor.
I had a last minute stand-by booked up appointment today at 2:30pm for a UNSCHEDULED root canal. Because I was in so much unbearable pain, Dr. Whitmore promised me that there will no more pain after this. The staff's professionalism is uncanny. The doctor's assistant is not only kind but, courteous and she initiates every move with grace and thoughtfulness for her patients.
