Horrible experience! Went there for issues I was having, the lady spent maybe 2 minutes with me, if im lucky, would barely let me speak about what was going on! Kept speaking over me, very patronizing and dismissed my concerns.. do not recommend! Found a new dermatologist who actually listened and was able to be treated!
I scheduled my husband to have an appointment with doctor Marc Handler. Instead of him, he met with other doctor for some reason, nobody informed us in advance that there will be a replacement. So she was disrespectful, spent less than 1 min with him, very unprofessional! In addition, it was very long waiting time. Will never go to this place again and will never schedule any appointments with those doctors. Do not recommend!
I waited around 40 min for 30 second appointment. Doctor didn't examine my skin, and wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. Stay away!
Did not provide prescription in office when paying out of pocket. Refused to provide prescription despite two phone calls. Their business is with CVS and the pharmacy, not with patients.
