Asked for a quote and they came out and took a sketch of the deck and said we would have a quote in a few days. After a week I followed up and he asked a few questions about composite material and I said I only wanted pressure treated. After a few more emails and him confusing me with another customer he said i would have the quote shortly. I never heard back for 2 weeks. I asked if he was still interested in the job and never heard back again 4 weeks ago.
