Started here in February. The initial assessment was a great tool and showed me a snapshot of where I was physically. The coaches are knowledgeable and attentive. They are able to understand and work with your level of experience. The fit-fam is great. Great people who all support each other. They offer all kinds of programs.
Crossfit regimens are an excellent way to enhance and sustain fitness and mobility. Great staff and coaches, best in Jax.
This was my first time trying cross fit, and I absolutely loved my experience. I was someone who was inconsistent with going to the gym but joining this gym made me look forward to going to class every week. If you’re looking for a fitness family look no further.
North Jax is an extremely welcoming CrossFit gym. The coaches are amazing and knowledgeable. The members are so friendly and supportive. It is a great gym where you will feel welcome and supported.
