At first I was expecting the usual pressured sales techniques and fast talk usually associated with sales staff, but no, at this dealership there was none of that. Sarah, James and Elliot were very professional, helpful and let me drive the car unassisted. They allowed me to inspect the car thoroughly, using my scan tool and answered all my questions with no fast talk. Was a very easy process from test drive to drive away. Sara in used cars was very good, no pressure, very professional, and made it quick and simple . Aimee in finance did the money stuff very efficiently. All in all a very pleasant experience.
