Horrible service, and food was not good. Needed salt and more flavors. Our server didn’t come to our table until after 10 mins of sitting. The calamari tasted frozen and we told him and he didn’t do anything about it. Then once our food was served he never came back to us to check on us and instead went to the bar to chat with costumers and completely ignored us the whole time. Very noisy and the sound just bounces off the hard surfaces.
Caesar salad was probably the best I have ever had, comes with fresh made croutons, delicious. The spicy broccolini was a mistake, it’s spicy to the point of burning your mouth and lips. Both of us didn’t eat anymore after a couple of bites. Hot honey prosciutto pizza was good although it was light on the prosciutto. Overall a really great dining experience and will definitely visit again.
Had such a wonderful experience at North Italia in Reston! The management and entire team are incredibly accommodating and truly make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. The service is always warm, attentive, and genuine. Special shoutout to Sanjay, he is the best! His leadership really shows through his amazing team and the overall experience.
