Had dinner last evening. Very disappointed on several.accounts. Once we were seated, it was over 15 minutes before anyone came to our table to acknowledge we were there. Our drink order came promptly, but it was downhill from there. The Caesar salad had no flavor and the arugula & avocado salad was so lemony that it was inedible. Have been to both other locations in Charlotte and the food and service is good but went to the Ballantyne location and it didnt go well. We were sat on a not very busy afternoon and waited 15 minutes sitting at our table. Servers circled about, we saw 2 manager walk by us as well. In that 15 minutes not one person created us hello, got us water or anything. We ultimately left and went somewhere else but that is very poor service and we will never return to Ballantyne location
This place is amazing, the truffle bread was melt in your mouth delicious. I had the grinder, best i have had, the calamari was Devine.
Excellent atmosphere food and service.
Our waitress was amazing and was there just at the perfect times. Our food was amazing as well; we got the focaccia appetizer, margherita pizza, simple salad, and the braised short rib pasta. There was 2 of us and we shared the entire meal with a few bites of each dish to take home. I made an easy reservation for 7 and it was not busy at all but still a good amount for dinner time.
