Andrea was the most incredible server. Super attentive and kind. Genuinely the sweetest waitress I've had all year. The customer service at this location is top notch.
First timer to North Italia and the five of us enjoyed our experience. A friday night reservation was required. This shopping mall location was very busy and every table booked. The service was outstanding and helpful. The waiter knew flavors, spicy levels and ingredients. You can smell the Cheesecake Factory ownership. Big spend on decor, but service is pretty bad. The food is meh. Better if you stick to their pizza. The pasta dishes are pretty bland but nice presentation. I’ve been to many other North Italia locations, but this is by far the worst food.
