Was sat and left for over 10 minutes without being greeted or gave water. We came in dressed nice, but the issue came from us having a baby. The instant we came in every server gave us a wide berth and an almost evil look at our child. She was quiet and hadn’t made a noise. Horrible customer service, horrible atmosphere. We will never be visiting this establishment again. Can’t even rate the food or drinks since I wasn’t given ANYTHING.
Firstly, I would like to give a shout out to Dexter for being SO amazing and patient with us(first timers). Now, I was a little skeptical about trying another Italian chain but this was definitely an evening to remember. We had the tortelloni and salmon, and were blown away by both! Even added Brussel sprouts and will be dreaming about them for a while. Will definitely be coming back!
Very nice casual Italian style restaurant right next to The Woodlands mall. Food was good and the prices very reasonable. My only issue is that the parking situation is atrocious. You either park in the public garage a block from the restaurant or you partake of valet parking. Other than that, a very good place for some Italian food. The truffle bread is excellent!
Really enjoyed the salad! I only removed one star because there are was no bread coming with the meal but otherwise it was perfect! 😁👍🏻
