I recently discovered that I had water damage on a small painted deck and needed a reliable contractor to rectify the problem. I settled on North Island Vinyl Deck because it looked like that company would handle all aspects of the work which involved removal of the railings, removal of the damaged wood, reconstruction of the deck with a minor improvement, the installation of a nice new vinyl surface and the replacement of the railings.
