personally, I am never going to Nissans service department ever again. I was quoted over $1500 worth of work and one of them being my rear brakes and rotors needing to be replaced urgently. Mind you, my car is almost 4 years old and all I do is drive to work and home. I took my car to another establishment to find out my front brakes are 7-8 mm and my rears are 5-7mm. Friendly and no hassle to deal with, he went out of his way helping us find a better than great car after our existing car had been written off.
