Recently purchased a Nissan Sentra for my daughter as her trusty ol Gertrude learner car was no longer trusty. I met with Kyle and explained our needs, reliability, great gas mileage, Bluetooth (young adults need their music) and most importantly a safe car. Their service department is terrible! Unprofessional, wouldn't help with servicing my car unless they were in control! Requested my vehicle to be picked up because I work the days their open. Wouldn't even come up with a solution, nevermind try! Manager needs to learn how to talk to customers! Do better!
Wow!! What an outstanding experience from start to finish with the team at North Island Nissan!! I do not leave 5 star reviews unless it’s a deserving experience. If I could leave 6 stars I would.
