I attended Emergency on morning of Sept.17. I had fallen twice in my hotel bathroom and was in severe pain. The first good impression was being admitted with a wait of only minutes.I was in emergency for several hours and was treated so gently and efficiently. I was given a barrage of tests for Diabetes, blood pressure (constant)X-rays and then a CT scan for my head and chest. A friend of mine when to the emergency for 2 large masses in her breast, about 3 months ago! They told her another clinic would call her for the ultrasound she asked for... She called back 2 or 3 times, to ask for some developments... everytime they say they will call back and never does... Who does that? What kind of health care system does that? What kind of hospital does that?

Unfortunately immediately upon triage at 10:45pm, I was left in waiting room until 4:30am for a doc, without anyone checking on me. The place was practically empty and extremely quiet for an ER. They seemed fully staffed. No one running around working, no one at a typical hustle. Yes my issue was emergent, necessary, and yes I was eventually treated. I came from a few towns over as this is my nearest ER, and I got the unwelcome feeling like maybe they don’t like anyone out of their small town. I will make the extra trip next... read more

Nice new Hospital with embarrassing little parking. For such a new build they really fell short. Youre better off parking in the Homedepot parking lot across the road.

ER doctor basically told me I shouldn’t have come to the ER and made it feel like I was wasting their time. I went in for pulsating head pressure affecting my vision and hearing. Basically got kicked out after waiting 5 hours with nothing done. Too bad cause I have had a great doctor at this ER in the past but now I have to give this terrible review.
