I had a day procedure today. all of the doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing, sweet, calm and reassuring I couldn't thank them enough. What started off as me being very nervous turned quiet quickly to being at ease all thanks to the wonderful staff. Overall a great experience for having to be at the hospital! If I ever need any procedures in the future I will definitely be asking to have them done here again thank you again to all the amazing men and woman that helped me today

Had to go into emergency today, (saturday, long weekend) was in and out in about 3 hours, which is great! Saw nurses, Dr., had a ct scan, blood work, recieved IV, diagnosed, meds prescribed and sent on my way. I dealt with 9 different people and each was kind, caring and efficient. (Ghana man, you sing terribly; but are fun and efficient 🤭) Didn't have opportunity to thank the blonde nurse in 'orange' section. (the IV lady 🥰) Thanks much to Dr Kevin and team for your care! Total bill set.me back $0. :)

Yesterday, I attended the Campbell River hospital for an xray requirement. When the technician Randy came out to the waiting area to retrieve me. He immediately used first-rate communication skills. Politely introducing himself and explained that he would be my technician for the process. All the while maintaining to ensure my comfort level and offering to help me with removing my footwear.
