The staff were fantastic - caring, professional, and extremely attentive. Of all my hospital experiences, this one was the most positive.
I had hip replacement surgery June 11th. The entire experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived I was treated with care and respect, kindness and efficiency. All the staff and the medical team were so professional while at the same time so very approachable. My deep gratitude for all that you are doing at this hospital. We are so fortunate to have this facility.
My experiences with the NIHCV have been very positive. I know there will be a wait, but once in the system, all flows smoothly, and I have felt confident the doctors listen to my problem, and act accordingly. Visits have been for heart attack, anaphilactic reaction to an antibiotic, broken ribs, and most recently led to diagnosis of cancer.
Efficient and polite staff. Helpful admin and intake staff. There can be a lengthy wait in ER, but a triage nurse will prioritize patients.
My poor mother sat in a hallway for a day and a half. The nurses were awa as kind as that could be. There's no way anyone can get well in that hospital. There's no rest, there lights are on.Beeping people coming and going. The system is broken. No parking.
