went in regarding tumors in my head . Vision problems,balance problems, headache, etc. genuinely not well and wasn’t okay . They simply “forgot” about me and I guess my chart didn’t make it to the pile. ? I sat and waited for hours .declining. Checked in and inquired twice during this time as my condition was worsening. Sep 3: Psychiatrist Eric Antonio Busto is condescending and patronizing. Record everything and send a report to the College of Physicians and Surgeons, specifically itemizing standard operating procedures broken. They operate on a striking system, which means one complaint doesn't matter, but more do. Oct 12: came to the ER to get stitches after a kitchen accident. Every person from start to finish was very nice.
My experience getting my breast biopsy yesterday was phenomenal. I had myself worked up with so much fear that I felt sick to my stomach. But from the moment I entered the mammography room the nurses( techs) were so unbelievably soothing, professional and kind that I felt all my fear disipitate. I'm terrible with names, so I apologize if I get their names wrong, but I think it was Cindy and Soleena. Extraordinary people. Absolute worst and can say this from multiple experiences for myself and my family. Not a singular bad experience, but multiple which has prompted this bad review. Do better.
Manipulative tactics to threaten loved ones of patients. Unprofessional care, no resources that actually work, harassing phone calls. 2 stars because it’s the only hospital in town. Multiple people have died here because of negligence.
