I write this while sitting in excruciating pain I could barely walk into the ER I sat in the second waiting room from 1pm and it is now 6pm still waiting on a doctor a lady with a UTI and someone needing a cast refit got seen before me among 6 different people In The other bays next to me getting cycled out I think the next time I come back here will be when I show up in their morgue they do not care about people of colour in this hospital I thought racism was rampant in Vancouver clearly since I’ve moved into the boonies th... read more

Had to call 911 as my husband collapsed. He was taken to hospital by ambulance where after many tests they found a heart problem. He was taken to Victoria for a angiogram. The staff at this hospital are amazing. I have not experienced such a caring hospital in my life. To the Ambulance service staff and all staff at the C.R hospital. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. He is doing great thanks to you all.

Can't rave enough about every single staff member in the telemetry unit! Was brought in via ambulance due to a "cardiac event" last week. Emergency services were amazing from initial contact thru to being delivered at the hospital. Bravo you guys!! Thank you for all you do.🫶 My stay at the hospital from first to last day was the best experience (highly recommend 😁) The food service and quality was second to none.
