Just had a new Bimini Top put on my Sea Ray Sundancer. The tech and manager of the upholstery department, Nick was exceptionally professional, detailed, respectful and did everything he stated. The job was 1st class and I couldn't be happier. It was easy to put the Bimini top on and it's quality and looks fabulous. The cost seemed to be in line. Their scheduler, Kim, went out of her way to squeeze us into their full schedule the same day when we had an issue on the water that brought us into port. Mechanics, Chris and JR, were very knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and collaborative in diagnosing an intermittent gremlin after we had already gone through all the ‘obvious’ possibilities ourselves. I for one will not be back.... Beware of variable and capricious pricing.
How can I forget this place. The worst of the worst. Out eight thousand and nothing but, bad workmanship and unqualified mechanics. Had to have everything they did redone at another shop. You have to have rocks in your head to go there.
Horrible experience on sailboat refit. Actually damaged a new engine through improper exhaust installation and tried to cover up the error and deny compensation. Had to threaten legal action to settle. All work done was sloppy and late. Bills at top shop rate in the area and uses uncertified personnel. RUN!!!
