Amos (3 yr old Chiweenie mix) had been having an issue for about a day and a half and it quickly exacerbated over Thanksgiving. I called early Friday morning, spoke with Sheila and she got me in at 10 o’clock. The appointment with Dr. Thompson was very thorough. After doing a cytology on Amos, he was diagnosed with an infected ear. Dr. Thompson informed me what the problem was, and she and Makayla took Amos to the back and medicated his ear. Dr. Thompson and her crew are amazing. They’ve treated my baby dog wonderfully and worked us in for her injury. They even took the extra time to just listen to me process and talk and provided reassurance and positivity when I felt so low about my baby’s condition. They are wonderfully competent and compassionate individuals. I highly suggest this vet service for your fur babies.
From checking in to check out, every one was very nice and friendly. Doctor and tech took time with Mia and time to talk and explain things to us. I am very impressed and excited to bring Mia there! Thank you all for a great experience and checking on Mia after our visit!!
Best Veterinary practice around. Could ask for any better. The staff is amazing. And we love Dr Thompson.
