This company can’t get back to a customer or schedule a job if their life depended on it. I live about a mile away from their office in Garner and our family has reached out ~5 times by phone, texted with them, and went into their office trying to schedule a job (repairing or replacing closet shelves and putting a new hole in our granite countertop for a faucet). When I called to talk to them about a kitchen remodel, they told me they are out of countertops and would be out for 6 months. What kind of business runs out of a product that they specialize in? And for 6 months? That's just crazy and seems that they aren't a very efficient or well run business.
