The staff at North Iowa Collision Center was phenomenal to work with! Their customer service was excellent, keeping me apprised as to what was happening nearly daily while my vehicle was being repaired (thanks Shannon)! A lawn mower chucked rocks at my vehicle, and thee guys were able to completely repair my issue. Always kept me updated and were super nice to work with.

Great experience with North Iowa Collision. They got my car in within 24 hours for PDR, they took extra time to make sure everything was perfect and didn’t shortcut anything. We will be back in the future.
