Dr. Clarke was once again on top of first finding the problem for me. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr Clarke and his staff.
Called about consultation on testosterones levels, and asked questions about the process of getting seen. Lady was very short with my questions about labs. I then asked a couple clarifying questions since I had heard some different things from my insurance agent and just wanted to understand. She then just hung up on me. So sorry that some of us are not well versed in the medical process. Very rude, do not recommend.
Id like to say that if you have a prostate problem ,Id like to Say Go to North Idaho Urology , an Ask To See Dr, Clark, He is a Great Dr What a great staff Also , Treat you like family .
Professionalism and service were both excellent! Every one was right on the ball(except me).
