Only visit this clinic if you’re comfortable being treated like an ATM. I expected a one-hour new-patient appointment to discuss my urological problems and agree on treatment. I have complex genetic conditions and needed time to explain my history and concerns. Instead, Regan Snow seemed to decide what was wrong without listening, reviewing my history, or checking medication interactions. My appointment was cut to 15 minutes. Extremely rude front desk staff, being taunted and insulted for a disability you’re making aware to your care team shouldn’t be your experience when seeking care. If that’s what you put at the front what the hell’s wrong in the back? To top it off, they even try to deny you your private health information records when requested, before being reminded of their obligation and arguing it. Richard weissmann is great to work with but had issues with coeur d alene office and would say if you need surgery please look at your options. Had a very bad experience and lost a body part during a vein surgery and had to have an emergency surgery a week later to remove the dieing body part because of incorrect cutting of veins that severed a main artery to the body part. Only giving this two stars because of Richard weissmann who id give 5 stars to individually had I not dealt with the other issues
I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I waited Patiently for about 40-45 minutes in the lobby after my scheduled time. They finally brought me back into my room. The assistant was very kind and apologetic and seemed like she genuinely cared. I ended up waiting for probably another 15-20 minutes before doctor wiesemann actually showed up. Went there for the first time today dealt with a doctor who talked too fast didn't listen to me at all never actually even got to say anything constructive they didn't care about what I was going through they didn't care about the questions I had on how I was going to get through the pain I felt like a cow in an assembly line and I was treated like a dollar sign and not a patient at all. Will never go back I don't even trust the advice I got
