Here in North Idaho, we've found it's difficult to find great service providers. North Idaho Steam Cleaning is a keeper! Dennis and Austin were on time, very professional and incredibly knowledgeable! Our house is a bit unique, with a lot of exposed untreated wood walls, which could not be sprayed. Their attention to detail was exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the job they did on our carpet and area rugs. I would highly recommend!!

Dennis and his son Austin are A+ pros. They take their jobs very seriously and make sure to leave your carpets and furniture spotless. I can’t recommend them enough.
I’m a little late posting this and wish I had before/after pictures to share. Austin and Dennis are wonderful people, very professional and friendly, and do an amazing job! We purchased our new home and wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in. They communicated with me throughout the day so I knew exactly when they would arrive. Sadly, Google only has 5 stars to choose from. Dennis and Austin Heavey, owners of North Idaho Steam Cleaning, are AMAZING. I had them come out to see if they could clean an antique velvet chair I have that is close to 95 years old. They took such time and attention not to damage the old velvet. Besides cleaning it, they back-brushed the velvet. Austin told me there are “other” companies out here in Bonner County who leave streaks on the chairs because they do not understand how upholstery fabric should be cleaned. Now my ... read more
