Jody is a capable technician. However, he makes promises that he can't keep and is almost impossible to get hold of. I couldn't possibly recommend NIP for any work and certainly not for any warranty repairs, as they do not have the interest in supporting their products, nor do they have the people to do the work. Jody is basically a 1-man operation. Emergency repair work on THEIR installed product is not going to happen. You need to call someone else.
We recently experienced a water shortage, so called Jody at North Idaho Pump. After his prompt visit, he was able to point out how we were over irrigating our landscape, and was able to show us how to get the job done and protect our well at the same time. Jody was extremely generous with his time and knowledge ( which he has plenty of ) and relieve the stress we were experiencing. He has earned a A+ rating from us. Thanks for a job well done Jody.
We have been quite fortunate to have had Jody of North Idaho Pump since we moved into our home 13 years ago. During that time we’ve had him service our well numerous times. Each time he has been prompt, courteous and efficient in our well’s repair. Ours is not the typical well system, in fact I don’t believe it could have been more convoluted than it was.
