Our family has worked with Jody since 1991 when our well was the 1st he did under North Idaho Pump. We distribute water from his well to several homes. We've NEVER experienced a challenge with him, always Johnny-on- the-spot. Sure, the guy's slammed, professional help is hard to find for him and us. He can be hard to communicate with but in today's times the squeaky wheel gets the grease. We can squeak alot when he's needed! Be persistent please.....
