I purchased a new construction home from Hayden Homes last year and there was one room that was consistently colder than the rest. Dustin & Gabe came out and discovered the baffles were not positioned correctly and not only did they fix that room, they checked the rest of my home and got everything dialed in perfectly! They were both friendly, professional and knowledgable and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends, family and real estate clients!

I had a well known company come out to assess loud noise coming from my furnace. They said the inducer was bad and could be repaired for $1,100.00 but they recommended I replace the unit for $5,100.00. Better yet they said I could replace HVAC with a heat pump while indicating my 7 year old Trane furnace and American standard AC weren't very good. we were having trouble figuring out how to program the t stat for our heating and cooling system in our new home. NIH&C had installed the system, but the literature was not helping me set it up. Dustin came out and walked us thru the set up, step by step. He was very polite,friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend him.
