We had a great appt! The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly! We had little to no wait time to see the Dr. the dr explained everything treatment wise and gave us options. We will definitely be back!
My husband has been a patient for years and never has experienced any problems with North Idaho Foot and Ankle. My husband has been seen by Dr. Averett and myself has seen Dr. Butler. First off, the problem was not with the doctors. This past week he was treated extremely rude and his questions were not answered in a professional manner by the front office staff/receptionist. I visited this office to treat plantar fibrosis in both of my feet. I was treated with steroid injections to the bottom of both feet (very painful.) Dr. said this is somewhat rare and he only treats plantar fibroids once or twice a year. My job is very high impact. I work on concrete floors and do an average of 20k steps a shift and I’ve missed work from the pain in my feet prior to this appointment and asked Dr. Averett for a work note.
