Cataract replacement surgery #1 with Dr. Whitney Smith went very smoothly. Instructions given me were clear, all my questions were answered, and the staff at NIE were as helpful as one would wish. Vision in left eye now much improved and I’m looking forward to completing the process with my right eye soon.
North Idaho Eye Institute is such a well run organization. I don’t think I have ever had a more thorough eye examination as I did recently. Cody doubled and triple checked everything and was so thorough. My eye doctor is the absolute best and I am so grateful to have her in my corner helping me out. They were great. Gave me my prescription without me even having to ask for it- first time I've ever experienced that in 30 years of going to the eye doctor. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional and had great bedside manner. I cannot recommend them more highly.
Contacted NEI with concerns my shingles on my forehead was merging into my right eye. I expected a couple days heads-up for an appointment. They asked if I could come over within a couple of hours. Really appreciate the great care. Thanks
