The staff was quick to get me in-I didn’t have to wait a long time. They were very professional and treated me with respect.
Great technicians and Dr. Smith was excellent, professional and reassuring. Wait time was longer than I'm used to, partly due to limited reception staff to process incoming and outgoing patients. All staff is doing there best and working hard to be sure each patient was getting proper care. They have an an efficiency analyst timing wait times on the floor, so they are aware and working on wait time issues for continuous improvement.
