A hippodrome
I really appreciate having this facility in Wingham, unfortunately though the pool is not well managed anymore and seems to frequently be closed for major maintenance issues. Additionally the building is not cleaned well, washrooms and dressing rooms are visibly dirty and who ever cleans it literally cuts corners. The town of Wingham needs to stop building over wetlands and swamps cause its costing the tax payers millions in the short and long term.
