Staff members are not empathetic toward the elderly patients, who are mostly sick and feeble. The wait time is just not acceptable. I waited with my sister law for over two hours to pick up a medical device , it took all but two minutes to have the device placed on her. The doctor should look into his SOP and give his members some people skills training
Horrible, unprofessional staff. I had tests ran and didn't get my results for 10 days after not hearing from them and thinking I was fine only for them to tell me I have an infection. No antibiotics have been called in for me either so I am pretty much going on a kidney infection since last year. Horrible service, if he is a great doctor, he needs to evaluate his staff. UNPROFESSIONAL!

My father had multiple IVC filters implanted. One of them failed and created a clot that required surgery to remove and the artery had to be scraped. He currently has sdrain installed and an an appointment with a BOARD CERTIFIED Cardiologist.
