Hard to get through mailbox full..thanks
This review in NO WAY reflects the patient care given by the physicians. This review is in agreement with the previous reviews that were written before me. On November 30thwhile visiting the Red Oak Office, and upon check in, it was shared with me that there was a concern regarding my secondary insurance. Website states they are opened till 5pm. When called around 4pm, got message they are closed. Been playing phone tag with these people for past 3 days. Go to their website, it changes everyday. These people have nothing but idiots working for them. Trying to get medical records and get told first time to come and fill put a request form. Now being told they do not even have them. I would not recommend going to these stupid people.
I have been on hold since 10:21 a.m I'm still on hold and its 12:55.
