I definitely loved Ned's work and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to get rid off an unwanted tattoo for a low cost! His service is amazing and can't wait to go back.

I speak with the "owner", Ned, and make an appointment with him only to show up for the appointment and his "office" is locked and the answering machine is the only thing working. So I call this clown's cell phone for him to say he forgot about our appointment and "my bad". As a business owner myself this was a huge waste of time and inconvenience, not how you treat customers! Ned went out of his way to work me in late in the evening good for some removal that has been long over due. But I am just now able to get my ring back on after five days.
First session done and it was quick and really painless... and Ned was very nice!!
