They are unorganized and rude!! You will leave message after message and get a call back, if you're lucky, 2 weeks later. Amanda got an attitude with me because I asked about my chart and told her I was never made aware that they use an online portal. They want to shift blame and never take responsibility. I do not recommend bringing your child here.
Staff is incapable to doing their jobs. Over three weeks and still unable to collect my referrals. Always taking the information and unable to produce results. Horrible service from office staff.
Front reception has horrible customer service. I just got off the phone trying to set up an appointment for my children. They acted as if they never heard of their insurance before when I only had their information from the insurance as a provider. They insisted that the only way they could pull up the insurance information was with a member ID number which I didn't have at the moment and said I would call back. Good Dr /nurses
The hospital needs to employ medically trained workers; the staff appears to be auxiliary, superficially trained, or perhaps not trained at all. The front desk phone is rarely answered, and when it is, it’s by a very unprofessional staff member. The staff member responsible for taking vitals should be assigned paperwork instead, as she has no business interfacing with patients.
