I had a very positive experience at Toyota of North Hollywood. Russell and the service team were professional, straightforward, and took the time to explain the work my 2013 4Runner needed. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs, and after doing quite a bit of my own research, I came away confident that the recommendations were legitimate.
