The office staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They had very flexible appointment hours and were willing to work with my schedule. I didn’t have a hard time getting an appointment at all. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. My therapist just dropped our appts.
