In less than one year we have: We have been burglarized twice. Thousands of dollars worth of property stolen. We have been verbally assaulted 3 times by one of the park residents. This guy is totally nuts!! I've been told by neighbors that the DEA raided one of trails with an insuing gun battle. Any advertising claiming the place is "safe and quiet" is totally false.
