Shadowwalker I have had very good health care they see a lot of people as do most medical centers but I was treated with respect the only thing they seem to be hard to get your prescriptions refilled. they request you come back for an office visit I guess to get that office visit payment just make sure you get all the refills the day you are seen
Rude staff - uncleanly waiting area. I went to North Hills b/c they were one of the places listed as a PCP through my insurance for some pain in my back last week. I was given a prescription for antibiotics but told to hold it until they called me with results of the x-ray. They never called back that day, so I called the next morning. They simply stated "you have an old cracked rib" - no other information or anything. I have never had a cracked rib so this I do not understand.
