Very rude, unsafe, communication issues. I'm afraid for patient safety for people with disabilities. Office mgr needs to find a new job. Moving on as an office accusing to cover their basis thinks patients have no rights. Trust the ratings.
This office does not return calls nor do they respond to request for refills. I am now out of my blood pressure medicine. I have called all the extensions and no one picks up. I just switched to this practice and am sorry I did. They’ve been getting bad reviews for years now that I look at them. Good luck reaching them.
Over the course of 4 years, this office and it's inability to maintain proper patient care has declined. Almost every month is a battle to have my controlled substance medication refilled by NHIM staff. It's highly disappointing to experience as a former employee of this office. The level of inconsistency is alarming and is not representative AHN core values. I do not recommend this office for new patients unfortunately.
