Dr. Jessica is one of the most compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever had. She takes the time to really listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about your health and well-being. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed in her care—she makes you feel seen and heard. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who truly goes above and beyond.
Debbie is the only thing that holds this practice back. She is the office billing manager, and she doesn't know what she is doing. Three of my family members have been coming to this office for over five years to see Jessica, an amazing NP, we have been putting up with Deb all to be seen by Jessica. We have had countless problems with Deb wrongly doing medical billing, we've had to call the insurance company ourselves to correct her. LIFE-CHANGING. FINALLY! A doctor who LISTENS… and HELPS! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Van Pala and his staff! Decades ago, I gave up on western, allopathic medicine.
