I have been a patient for over 20 years but am dropping this group. Patient communication is terrible! First year, I show up for a dental appointment but find out the dentists are on vacation and not in the office, so I have to drive back out from Milwaukee. The next year, expecting a cleaning and exam to find out I can’t get a cleaning, and can only get a cleaning “in a few months” due to them being “so busy”. Unbelievably bad patient experience, and they still don’t get it.
Best dental care and staff. They do a really great job with both me and my husband's care, we even take our nephew here now.
I’m not afraid to see my dentist or hygienist. 😀I have gotten great care here for many years. ❤️
Excellent care, time taken to discuss process and procedure. Staff super friendly and very courteous.
I'm not able to attest to the actual quality of the dental work for this office since my husband and I weren't even able to see the dental team. Even after email confirmation of appointments, they didn't have one of us even in the system and then cancellation of another appointment due to "terrible staffing issues", now we aren't able to get in for 3 months. If you're a new patient, good luck getting them to remember your appointment and actually be seen!
