Just called to get a quote, the quote is a little less than dealer price, and I found the store not very customer friendly. honestly if I have to pay such price to theis store I rather add a little more and have it done at the dealer.
I called in to get a service update, the person who answered the phone from service department was extremely rude, he answered the phone with HELLO, HELLO.. I answered and said is this Mercedes Benz dealership in North York, he then replied I should know that before I call, obviously not in a good mood, instead of being polite and professional on the phone he decided to talk to me in a disrespectful manner and he did not help me out at all, anything I ask for he wasn’t sure or he would say probably or I think so.. he seemed ... read more
