I would like to give a shout out to North Hill Mazda for the great experience purchasing our 2023 CX-30. Ramiro and Bridget went above and beyond in making the process as easy and accommodating as possible. We were really impressed with how helpful they were and it was greatly appreciated.

I had a very disappointing experience at North Hill Mazda. There was an issue with incorrect information on our credit application, and when we pointed it out and declined to sign until it was corrected, communication became very slow. It took about two weeks before we finally received our deposit back. Overall, the process felt frustrating and unprofessional.
