He gave me clear indications, gave me the estimate of what was wrong for free, and recommended another specialist for which would be best installed. Very caring.
My lady friend brought her vehicle in to Casey to have the brakes done. Casey stated that she had plenty of life left on both the pads and rotors, while some other local shops would have replaced them. He didn't even charge for the inspection. While, I would encourage people to not take advantage of his kindness of inspections. I found it to be amazing customer service and we will definitely be back to have work done on both of our vehicles.
