Don't think I can give the customer service a lower mark, but I would if I could. Let's start with I have a leak in my brand new basement. I would have thought once I informed the warranty folks they might want to check it out. They send a reply that says they will get back in 48 hours. 2 weeks later, crickets. I then get a random email from Wayland, in customer service that 2 "haunches" had been repaired on our porch. Since I know we had no repairs I responded that not sure why you sent me this email but no one responded to... read more
