The houses are beautiful in this development. However, the community there isn’t one you would want to live in. I was looking into moving and had the opportunity to work out with a friend at the clubhouse. The community there is not friendly and I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a “good neighbor.” No one I spoke to sounded like they enjoyed their neighbors. Don't think I can give the customer service a lower mark, but I would if I could. Let's start with I have a leak in my brand new basement. I would have thought once I informed the warranty folks they might want to check it out. They send a reply that says they will get back in 48 hours. 2 weeks later, crickets. I then get a random email from Wayland, in customer service that 2 "haunches" had been repaired on our porch.
