We had been taking our dog, Montana there since 2007. Every appointment we've had the staff was very friendly and explained exactly what they were doing. They are also very reasonably priced. Recently we took Montana in and she crossed the "Rainbow Bridge". I cannot thank the staff there for the compassion they showed us during one of the saddest times of my life. Today we even received a sympathy card. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you North Heights Veterinary Clinic from the bottom of my heart!
I moved the care of my animals to this clinic several months ago. Soon after that, I adopted a dog who was very ill, physically and emotionally. Both she and my two cats have had excellent care. The staff related so well to my very frightened dog that she was able to come through some difficult medical treatment with little or no trauma. I have been going to this clinic now for 9 years since moving to Appleton WI, Dr. McDermott and Dr. Byom are great vets there. There vet techs Also Lynn, Michelle, Sara and the others are great. They have called when they knew we had emergencys and called "off the clock" on their own time. The staff is really caring and I would go no where else.
