No deposit was required. Sometimes the gate would not work, sometimes it was just open. Make sure to move out near the end of the month. They will not pro rate move out days. You will pay for the whole month on the 1st no matter which day you leave. This was a surprise to me, there are Hayden storage facilities that do pro rate move out days that I have rented from in Hayden. Many units had a strange oxidation coming up through the cement floor. It was a white powdery substance, like automotive battery terminal corrosion.

We have been with North Hayden Storage for 2 years now and through there change over in management. We came to them highly recommended from a family member and they have lived up to the expectations. Anytime something is going on management has been wonderful with communication via email or phone calls. Security has always been top priority here and we have never had any issues in the last 2 years. We are excited for the new ownership and the direction they have been headed. The owners are extremely friendly. Newer buildings. Very very clean and modern property. I plan on having my unit for a long time
