The online portal doesn't work to contact doctor. They don't answer emails. Put you on hold then disconnect and last but not least Don't return voicemails. Just another terrible service on the island.

I've had 2 shoulder replacements, hip replacement and wrist surgery. The 3 Dr.s I've had are outstanding.
