I walked into make an appointment and I couldn’t. I have to wait for someone to call me. There were only two people waiting, no one at the window and I don’t understand why the person at the window couldn’t make the appointment right then. I’m sure the appointment (calendar) screen was one key away on the computer.
Nobody answers the phone or calls you back. EVER. ‘Emergency’ ultrasound scheduled means you have to physically go in to make an appointment which is ridiculous because not everyone lives in the vicinity. For it to be the only establishment that serves the community and to still fail the people, the system needs to be looked at. People shouldn’t be wondering in limbo (sometimes life or death situations) because a hospital doesn’t take patients seriously, that goes for multiple different areas in the hospital including labor ... read more
Who ever rates hospital on their service they are wrong because would you rather go to a hospital or not. Though I would understand if they are like not even doing it right or something.
Expect horrible service and radiology department not to follow your doctors orders...
