Deplorable behaviour exhibited by the Dr here towards patients. Our usual dentist is currently closed for summer vacation and my husband broke a portion of one of his front teeth off so we reached out to North Hart dental to see if they could accommodate a temporary fix until our usual dentist reopens. My husband went in and immediately felt attacked by the dentist. The Dr showed no compassion or decorum to a patient that was already self conscious because of the damaged tooth. I brought a friend their for their appointment. Then I realized I should get Dental work. Dr. Willoughby and his staff there are top notch.
I brought a friend their for their appointment. Then I realized I should get Dental work. Dr. Willoughby and his staff there are top notch.
I started coming here when my dentist retired and it's been the best experience. The administration staff are friendly and skilled with billing, my hygienists have all been attentive and answer all my questions. And Dr. Pahal is skilled, compassionate, attentive and kind. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
